PURPOSE: A gas detector of stave for a furnace is provided to prevent the wrong operation due to humidity by detecting the inflow gas into a stave. CONSTITUTION: A gas detector of stave for a furnace comprises a flanged pipe(200), a gas sensor(300), and a magnetic sensor(400). The flanged pipe is installed in a discharge pipe of a cooling water pipeline of a stave installed at the inner side of a furnace. The gas sensor is communicated in the flanged pipe and detects the inflow gas into the cooling water pipeline.
