摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of improving a system capacity even in a large-scale radio communication system, a base station device, and a scheduling method. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system is configured by a plurality of base stations and a plurality of terminal stations and sets a frequency band (priority band) preferentially used by each base station. In the radio communication system, the priority band of each base station is mutually set differentially, and the base stations determine adjacent base stations as interferences to the communications of the base stations when the adjacent base stations adjacent to the base stations use the same frequency band at the same time as for communications of the base stations in case of communications with the terminal stations under the base stations. In the radio communication system, the base stations require the stops of all or a part of the priority bands or the reduction of a sending power to the adjacent base stations as the interferences from the base stations in communicating with the terminal stations under the base stations, and communicate with the terminal stations under the base stations in the priority bands requiring the stops of usage to the adjacent base stations as the interferences or the reduction of the sending power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
