<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, program, and an information processing system, wherein a user can browse all the display of services such as services not using applications, using a memory region of an IC chip. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a reading portion which reads, from the memory region of the IC chip, identification information of services containing at least any one of a cable communication service by cable communication from outside and a radio communication service by radio communication from outside, which uses the memory region of the IC chip; an acquisition portion which acquires the information of the services to make the user utilize the services from an external server, by transmitting the identification information of services which the reading portion reads to the external server; and a display portion which performs the display to make the user utilize the services based on the service information which the acquisition portion acquires. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
