PURPOSE: A diesel transforming catalyst and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the contact decomposition efficiency using a crystal structure containing manganese aluminosilicate and sodium manganese aluminosilicate. CONSTITUTION: A diesel transforming catalyst includes a cubic system in a net-shape covalent-bonding by using an oxygen atom, and contains an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, and a water molecule. The diesel transforming catalyst has a crystal structure containing manganese aluminosilicate and sodium manganese aluminosilicate.
