PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system capable of efficiently acquiring terminal information of a plurality of mobile terminals and components for the same. SOLUTION: This terminal information acquisition system 1 is constituted of: the plurality of mobile terminals 30 which have functions for recording mobile history information of themselves; a server 10 which obtains the mobile history information from the mobile terminals 30; and a plurality of base stations 20 which obtain address information of the mobile terminals 30 in divided areas r corresponding to themselves. The base stations 20 transmit the obtained address information to the server 10. The server 10 communicates with the mobile terminals 30 on the basis of the address information to obtian the mobile history information. Since the server 10 can obtain history information only from a required mobile terminal 30, increase of burdens of the server 10 is prevented, and since there is no need to transmit position information, etc. from all the mobile terminals 30 to the server 10 at all time, increase in burdens of a communication band is prevented.
