<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device for an RFID tag which can be installed on various subjects regardless of the material of an installation subject. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna device for the RFID tag is constituted in which an antenna element having a substrate and a conductor pattern installed on the substrate is disposed on a first dielectric layer, and characteristically includes a second dielectric layer, an artificial medium, and a ground plane, wherein the first dielectric layer has the antenna element installed on its one side and the artificial medium installed on its another side, the second dielectric layer has the artificial medium installed on its one side and the ground plane installed on its another side, and a total length of the ground plane is substantially equal to or shorter than the total length of the second dielectric layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
