PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sagging preventing mechanism of a beltlike medium which enables miniaturization of an apparatus and reduction in number of parts by arranging a brake mechanism part of the supplying roller side on an inner wall in a supplying roller axis, which is indispensable to sagging preventing of the beltlike medium. SOLUTION: Both ends of an ink film 1 are wound by a winding roller 3 and a supplying roller 2. The winding roller 3 receives driving from a motor non-illustrated through a winding gear 4 and transports the ink film 1 in the direction of an arrow head A in printing. In the sagging preventing mechanism of the belt like medium, the brake mechanism part 5 is arranged at the inner-wall end part of a core tube 7 in a supplying roller 2 and load is applied in the radiation direction in the supplying roller 2. The brake mechanism part 5 has a claw part 8 in the shape of a claw which is arranged at the inner-wall end part of the core tube 7 and is elongated in the width direction of the supplying roller 2, and a non-rotation member 6 which is arranged in a fixed state having such an axis of a diameter that load is applied in the radiation direction for the claw part 8.
