<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of members to be assembled, to simplify assembling work, and to reduce a manufacturing cost, relating to a lock device for locking a component such as a seatback so that it is fixed at a predetermined position in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the lock device, a pole 40 is switched for position between a holding position for folding a hook body 31 in engaged condition by rotation and a release position for positioning the hook body 31 in disengagement condition. A drive-in plate 50 pressurizes the hook body 31 in engagement direction so that a striker S pinched with a housing recess 25 is pressurized against an inner peripheral end 26 of the housing recess 25. The pole 40 and the plate 50 are pivoted by a shaft support member 23p, being the common same rotational axis, being rotatable against the base plate 21. In a spring member 60, a first coil spring 61, a second coil spring 62 whose force of spring is weaker than the first coil spring 61, and a loop-shaped intermediate hooking part 63 are integrally formed, which energizes a cancel plate 35, the pole 40, and the drive-in plate 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
