PURPOSE: An ultra-high strength galvanized steel sheet with excellent plating capability and bending-workability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to optimize steel composition, annealing, and galvanizing conditions. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-high strength galvanized steel sheet comprises carbon 0.06~0.12 weight%, silicon 0.1~1.0 weight%, manganese 2.3~3.0 weight%, chromium 0.5~1.0 weight%, stibium 0.01~0.1 weight%, boron 10~20 ppm, one or two of titanium and niobium 0.01~0.05 weight%, residual iron, and inevitable impurities.
