PURPOSE: A service transceiving method and an apparatus thereof for acquiring QoS information regardless of an application of a mobile terminal are provided to supply an application service to a user through a mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: In case the received packet is a packet having new destination IP address, a packet processing unit(304) identifies service categories. The packet processing unit acquires a QoS identifier corresponding to service categories. A QoS information processor(310) acquires QoS information corresponding to the received service quality identifier. A wireless communication unit(312) generates radio link according to the acquired information. The wireless communication unit receives a service from the mobile communication network.
