<p>PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and an icon collision controlling method thereof are provided to control content and a function according to icon collision type and attribute, thereby providing an instinctive and easy UI(User Interface). CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays one or more icons. A memory(160) stores information related to the displayed icon. If the first icon collides with the second icon, a controller(180) performs a control operation according to icon collision type and attribute. The icon is distinguished from a function icon and a content icon. The icon collision type includes collision between function icons, collision between a function icon and a content icon, and collision between content icons.</p> |
