<p>The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode comprising a substrate, a first electrode provided on the substrate, one or more organic material layers provided on the first electrode, a second electrode provided on the organic material layer, and a light extraction layer provided on the top portion of the second electrode, and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting diode according to the present invention minimizes total internal reflection of the light emitted from a device to improve the light emitting efficiency.</p> |
