A water-feeding structure of a split-floor type air-conditioner having humidifying device is provided, wherein the air-conditioner includes an air-inlet panel assembly (60) which are arranged on the side wall of the air-conditioner. The water-feeding structure includes a water-feeding box (20) arranged on the air-inlet panel assembly, a water-receiving box (50) arranged under the water-feeding box (20) for receiving water from the water-feeding box (20), and a water tank (80) for receiving water from the water-receiving box (50) and for supplying water to the humidifying device. A split-floor type air-conditioner having a humidifying device is also provided and the split-floor type air-conditioner includes the water-feeding structure mentioned above.
