The device (1) has a cover (2) including a fixed impact-boundary area (6) that is made of plastic material and is provided with a resistance strain gauge (7), where the plastic material is changed by compressive stress. Deformation of the impact-boundary area is detected by an electrical or opto-electrical device during minimizing occurrence of impact, and is analyzed by impact sensors (3). The impact-boundary area is provided with a Piezo-foil element for detecting the impact. The impact is detected by measurement of changing of magnetic field.
