PURPOSE: An industrial safety hook and a manufacturing process thereof are provided to improve the assembly and economical efficiency thereof by simplifying the structure of a safety hook. CONSTITUTION: An industrial safety hook comprises a body(20), an opening/closing bar(30), a locking lever(40), a spring, and a locking pin(60). The body includes a hook unit, and the opening/closing bar is hinge-coupled to the body and is elastically supported by the hook unit. The locking lever is hinge-coupled to the body and has a guide hole. The spring enables the elastic movement of the locking lever, and the locking pin is inserted into the guide hole.
