FIELD: chemical industry; equipment for production of the polymeric materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for production of the polymeric materials, in particular, to the devices for production of the biaxially-oriented thermo-shrinkable film made on the basis of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the thermo-shrinkable film made on the basis of PVC produced as the result of the biaxial orientation. The given result is reached by that in the installation for production of the biaxially-oriented shrinkable film made on the basis of the PVC, containing the sequentially installed extruding machine with the forming head, the nozzle with the central air supply, the cylindrical section counterpressure chamber with the connecting pipe for feeding of the working substance and the annular outlet channel, the gear of regulation of the working substance pressure in the counterpressure chamber, the thermostating jacket, the nip rolls and the reeling tool. At that the installation additionally has the gage device for the repeated biaxial orientation of the polymeric tubular films made on the basis of PVC containing the fittings for feeding and distribution of the hot heating medium and the counterpressure chamber. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the thermo-shrinkable film made on the basis of the polyvinyl chloride produced as the result of the biaxial orientation. ^ 2 dwg |
