PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder and an image forming device capable of preventing excessive deposition of a sticking object.SOLUTION: A manual feed paper feeding roller 18 is arranged so that its peripheral surface contacts with a part in its width direction to paper, and supplies the paper toward a part between an electrified roller 33 and a carrier roller 34. A scratching-off member 72 abuts on a peripheral surface of the electrified roller 33. The sticking object adsorbed to the peripheral surface of the electrified roller 33 is scratched off by the scratching-off member 72. An auger member 32 is oppositely arranged in a deposit part 77 for depositing the sticking object scratched off from the peripheral surface of this electrified roller 33. The auger member 32 is provided with a striking member for striking down the sticking object deposited on the deposit part 77. A position in the width direction of the striking member is matched to a position of the width direction of the manual feed paper feeding roller 18. |
