The device has a rectangular box comprising an inclined bottom (2) that permits flow of product on a retractable plate (7) by gravity. An adjustable vane (11) controls the flow of the product. The box is fixed in a manner that the box is moved in a lateral translation. The bottom is extended at exterior of the box. Sides of the box form a cheek (5) at right of extension of the bottom for channeling the product. The vane slides along a face (1) of the box, where the vane is adjustable by a threaded rod (18) controlled by a control lever (15) to adjust the flow of product.
