PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical imaging system and an electronic circuit component mounting machine, having a more practical component imaging system.SOLUTION: A component imaging unit is provided in a X-axis slide of a head movement device which moves a component holding head. A CCD camera takes an image of an electronic circuit component, with an LED flash lighting the component, while the component holding head moves in a direction having a Y-axis component. Permissible amount of camera movement is set for each type of subject portions of electronic circuit components, a flash occurrence time of an LED flash is set, depending on a reflectivity of a subject portion which is a luminance determination portion, and a moving speed is set. The lower the reflectivity of the luminance determination portion is, the longer the set flash occurrence time is, and the slower the set moving speed is. Accordingly, even if the luminance determining portion is in low light and its reflectivity is low, an appropriate image whose camera movement amount is permissible and whose luminance is adequate for image processing, can be obtained. In addition, even if the reflectivity of the luminance determining portion is high, an appropriate image whose luminance is adequate for image processing and whose camera movement amount is permissible, can be obtained. Consequently, mounting efficiency is improved. |
