PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling device and a recycling method where the melting of polyvinyl chloride is hardly caused when shredding vinyl chloride wallpaper.SOLUTION: A recycling device 1 is provided with a shredding portion 10. The shredding portion 10 is a portion shredding vinyl chloride wallpaper. The shredding portion 10 includes a shredder 12 (first shredder), a shredder 14 (second shredder) and a shredder 16 (third shredder). In the shredding portion 10, the vinyl chloride wallpaper shredded by the shredder 12 is further shredded by the shredder 14 and the vinyl chloride wallpaper shredded by the shredder 14 is further shredded by the shredder 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
