PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid base which is used for preparing instant desserts and is mixed with a drink containing a milk ingredient, a soybean milk ingredient or the like, such as milk, soybean milk, or a fermented milk drink on drinking or eating to prepare the instant dessert, and from which a dessert mixed with heterogeneous size jellies in the drink containing the milk ingredient or the soybean ingredient can instantly be prepared.SOLUTION: This liquid base which is used for preparing the instant desserts, contains a calcium-reactive gelling agent, and is mixed with one or more drinks selected from among drinking milk, soybean milk, lactic acid bacterium drinks and fermented milk drinks to prepare the instant dessert, is characterized in that the viscosity of the liquid base is ≥100 mPa s when mixed with the drink. |
