PURPOSE: A manhole is provided to facilitate the drainage of sewage by preventing the lowering of the permeability of a screen which can filter foreign material or preventing a drain pipe from becoming blocked. CONSTITUTION: A manhole(10) comprises a main body(20), a partition wall(30), a floating matter discharge section(60), a screen(40), and an impurity removing section(50). The main body is formed with a space for accepting the sewage. The main body comprises an inflow pipe for sewage and an outflow pipe for sewage. The partition wall is divided into a sewage inflow chamber and a sewage outflow chamber. The partition wall prevents the floating material inside the inflow chamber from flowing in the outflow chamber. The floating matter discharge section discharges floating matters to the outside of the main body. |
