<p>The invention relates to a water-soluble form of coenzyme Q10 in the form of a solid nano-dispersed composition, which provides for the increased bioaccessibility of coenzyme Q10. The composition consists of polyethylene glycol and coenzyme Q10, the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol to coenzyme Q10 being within the range of 1:1 to 15:1. Polyethylene glycol with a molecular mass of 1500 to 35000 is used. The particle size of the composition is not greater than 300 nm. A method for producing a nano-dispersed coenzyme Q10 composition is also described, in which polyethylene glycol is melted at melting temperature, coenzyme Q10 is added thereto, the mixture is agitated until the coenzyme Q10 has fully dissolved and then the mixture is cooled and ground.</p> |
