PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening, closing and transferring device, for a sample cup, which is very simple and which is comparatively low-cost. SOLUTION: In a device, a sample cup 31 which is lidded with a screwed cap is handled automatically in a system in which a biological sample which is put into a tube for a primary sample is to be taken in, and out of, the sample cup 31 automatically by using a pipette. In order to provide the device by which the sample cup 31 is opened, closed and transferred automatically, which is vey simple and which is comparatively low-cost, the device is provided with a transferable gripper 11 equipped with a freely rotatable gripper tool 21 which is put into recessed parts 35, 36 in a cap 34 and which is coupled to the cap so as to form a coupling part. The device can be locked when the coupling part turns the gripper tool 21 to a first direction with reference to the sample cup 31. In addition, the device can be unlocked when the gripper tool 21 is turned to a second direction opposite to the first direction with reference to the sample cup 31. |
