FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes double-bar mounted frame with support wheels. Plate brackets with fixed working elements are welded on frame in staggered order. Working elements comprises stands of rectangular section equipped with fixed chisel in lower part made of wear-resistant material and semi-legs with sharpening. Stand in upper part is equipped with brackets welded symmetrically at each side for installation of two shafts in bearing units. Semi-legs are rigidly fixed on shafts. Stand has through hole arranged at the angle of =70Ç75 to longitudinal axis of stand, where cylindrical chisel with upper sharpening is inserted. Semi-legs are shaped as disks and are arranged at minimum distance from each other under stand at the angle to direction of movement. Chisel has such an overhang that asymmetrical soil load is created at disks. ^ EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to reduce labour intensiveness in process of replacement and sharpening of chisel and legs, traction resistance in process of soil tillage and to increase operational reliability. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
