PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus for improving an operational feeling, securing excellent operability, and improving safety by appropriately outputting guidance speech according to the operational state of operating keys and the traveling state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A key processing part 15 performs processing matching a key operation only when an operation support mode has been selected while the time of an operation interval by an operation interval time measuring part 13 lies within a prescribed time period, and in the case that a key type determination part 14 has determined that the same operation key 7 has been continuously operated. A speech output control part 16 is controlled in such a way as to output guidance speech corresponding to the key operation only when an operation support mode selection part 11 has selected the operation support mode.
