PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective structure-having carbon nanotube structure and a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: The protective structure-having carbon nanotube structure 100 has at least one carbon nanotube film 120, a base film 110 and a protective film 130. The carbon nanotube film 120 is sandwiched between the base film 110 and the protective film 130 and the protective film 130 comprises a release layer 134 being in contact with the carbon nanotube film 120.
