摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode for a solid electrolyte focusing on ruthenium oxide as an electrode material for the solid electrolyte to form the electrode of fine structure that can exhibit and maintain the original physical properties of ruthenium oxide to the maximum. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the electrode for the solid electrolyte has processes for heating and vaporizing a raw material of dipivaloyl methanate ruthenium refined by a column chromatography and further refined by sublimation after obtaining a coarse raw material of dipivaloyl methanate ruthenium; agitating the raw material vaporized with inert gas as carrier gas, together with oxygen gas by a mixer and then conveying the raw material onto a solid electrolyte substrate; decomposing the raw material on the solid electrolyte substrate of 400-800&deg;C to form a ruthenium oxide electrode. The ruthenium oxide electrode is composed of particles whose diameters are uniform to the extent of causing no change in the fine structure even if heat-treated at 850&deg;C for eight hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
