The bundle (1) has a hanging part that is provided on a distributor (10). A housing is provided for engagement of a hand of an operator in a bag. A maintenance body is provided for maintenance of the bag on an animal carcass, after reversal of the bag on the carcass. The housing emerges outside of the bag by an opening that is located at a side of the hanging part. The hanging part comprises a precut line, and the body is provided with a rubber band (15). The bag is provided with a rear layer comprising an upper edge. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for protection of an animal carcass (2) a distributor for receiving a bundle of bags.
