PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safe driving of a car wash by stopping the running operation of a travelling frame of the car wash and cleaning operation of a cleaning machine. SOLUTION: The voice controller 40 of the car wash 10 includes a car wash controller 20 which stops running operation of the travelling frame and cleaning operation of the cleaning machine, when the determination result of a voice recognition device 42 is voice which requests emergency stop, and then, which when receiving a reset operation thereafter, resumes running operation of the travelling frame and cleaning operation of the cleaning machine, from the beginning.
