<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an illumination apparatus formed for exterior use that irradiation amount upward is insufficient and design becomes obsolete because a top part is made of opaque material for holding an internal structure. <P>SOLUTION: A light source 3 is arranged on a backside of a light emission port penetrating hole 31a arranged on a reflector 31, and the light emitted from the light emission port penetrating hole 31 is oriented by making it reflect on a reflector, and inner lens 33.
