<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress radioactive electromagnetic noise generated when ICs or LSIs are switching, or generated from a power supply system consisting of power supply layers and ground layers when above devices are operating, in a multilayer printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In this multilayer printed circuit board, an insulation layer between a power supply layer and a ground layer is formed as a multilayer structure including a magnetic material insulation layer, and the power supply layer is formed of a printed circuit conductor, and additionally, its length of power supply line 7 is set to be a length that the magnetic loss of the magnetic material insulation layer can suppress a resonance in the power supply system consisting of the power supply layer and the ground layer, or an insulation material between the power supply layer and the ground layer is formed of multilayers including the insulation magnetic material, and the power supply layer is made of a plane conductor, and additionally, a capacitance fit for the frequency of the insulation magnetic material is mounted on a signal layer 2a.</p> |
