PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical spray method for efficiently spraying a herbicide for removing perennial grass plants and trees such as stock of Pueraria lobata, Indigofera pseudotinctoria, and Robinia pseudoacacia, on the plants and trees without cutting, and also to provide a chemical spray nozzle used for the method. SOLUTION: The chemical spray method includes peeling epidermises to formation layers of an object plant and spraying a chemical liquid on the parts where insides of the epidermises are exposed. The object plants may include stock of Pueraria lobata, Indigofera pseudotinctoria, Robinia pseudoacacia, etc. The chemical spray nozzle has an exhaust nozzle at the tip of a long rod and a cutting blade is fixed near the exhaust nozzle.
