PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for communication and feeding of a routing address information. SOLUTION: The method and device stores a telephone number of a subscriber in a data base for storing available (unsubscribed) telephone numbers, which is called as a "spare pool", when a prior subscriber releases the subscriber telephone number. When a caller dials the telephone number stored in the spare pool, the method and device side-receives the call, and performs an arbitrary number of possible actions. For example, the method and device may forward the caller to a new telephone number of the prior subscriber, based on the data base memorizing the new telephone number, automatically, or routes the caller to a message that gives the caller an option (either through a charge or after hearing an advertisement) of being connected to, or being given the current number of the prior subscriber.
