An information management server device transmits processing result information including management register information including child management IDs when integrated duplication request information received from an information medium controller satisfies an acceptable use policy and a permission policy. The information medium controller outputs document print data including the child management IDs and an electronic data body, and management register data including the management register information according to the processing result information. Also, the information medium controller transmits a request for update of "already-recovered" including the child management IDs read by a dedicated reader from a paper document when the paper document printed by the document print data is recovered after distribution. The information management server device updates status information to "already-recovered" on the basis of the child management IDs within the request for update of "already-recovered".
