PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive laminated body that has high physical strength and high solvent resistance, and is suitable as a conductive material or an electrochromic material, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the conductive laminated body. SOLUTION: This conductive laminated body is provided by forming, via covalent bonding, a layer made of condensation compound obtained by condensation reaction of compound expressed by general formula (1) on a base material surface having at least one type of base selected from a group consisting of an amino group and a thiol group. In general formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are a 1-20C alkyl group, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, R<SP>6</SP>and R<SP>7</SP>are a 1-20C alkyl group or 1-20C alkoxy group, A is at least one selected from a bivalent heteroaromatic group and arylene group, n is an integer of 1 or more, B is one selected from a 1-20C alkyl group and a group expressed by Si(OR<SP>8</SP>)(OR<SP>9</SP>)(OR<SP>10</SP>), and R<SP>8</SP>, R<SP>9</SP>and R<SP>10</SP>are a 1-20C alkyl group.
