PURPOSE: A method for determining anti-allergic soybean species is provided to screen group of soybean group and to use in plant growth industry. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining anti-allergic soybean species comprises: a step of amplifying genome DNA of P34; and a step of using promoter of cloned P34 as a marker. The P34 promoter is amplified by a primer set comprising sequence number 2 and 3 or 4 and 5. The P34 promoter contains -2464 site of upstream from start codon ATG of P34. The 16 nucleotide sequence is TA-rich region.
