METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIGHT-EMITTING BODY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a light-emitting material radiating red, green, and blue lights is provided to easily manufacture the light-emitting material without a vacuuming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a light-emitting material comprises a step of irradiating an ion bean to a strontium titanate single crystal at room temperature and room atmospheric condition. The ion bean includes a core particle including one component selected from the group consisting of a proton, a deuterium, and an alpha particle. The core particle has the energy of 1~50 MeV.
