<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a method for seeing the difference in ID cards, which apparently have a common form in a zone of lower security, at a glance between a person, who is permitted for going in a zone of higher security, and a person, who is not permitted for going in the zone of higher security in the zone of higher security and consequently raise the level of administrative security. <P>SOLUTION: This ID card is for identifying the person in question and is used as a name plate by bringing with one at all times in a zone requiring security.
