<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a solar cell module, which enables the solar cell module to be fixed without causing a malfunction even when temperature or the like is changed, and to provide a frame and a fixing member for the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure for fixing the solar cell module, an abutting portion 12e of a first frame 12 of the solar cell module 10, which is fitted in the side opposite to a fixing portion 21a, and a shank 22 can be fastened by means of a locking screw 4 through a void 24b from the side of the fixing portion 21a with regard to the shank 22 of the fixing member 20 for fixing the solar cell module 10 to a supporting member 2. Further, the abutting portion 12e of the first frame 12 fitted in the side of the fixing portion 21a abuts on an outside end 24a of an inner protrusion 24, so as not to be further fitted into. Then, a predetermined amount of gap is formed between the abutting portion 12e and the shank 22, and a predetermined amount of gap can be formed between the opposed upper side surfaces 12a of the first frame 12 fitted into both the sides of the shank 22.
