PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high fitting strength for a bottle mouth without deteriorating the ease of categorization, in a synthetic resin cap that has a pilferproof function. SOLUTION: A ring 29 continues to the lower end of the skirt 25b of a screw cap 3 via a bridge 28, a body ratchet 23 is provided in the external cylindrical portion 5 of a body 2, and a ring ratchet 31 is provided on the ring 29 of the screw cap 3. By twisting the screw cap 3 backward, the bridge 28 is torn so that the ring 29 is held by the ratchet 23 and the ring ratchet 31 so as not to be rotatable.
