PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control method and a memory control device, allowing use of a flip-flop as other logic. SOLUTION: When selecting a writing position in writing of data into a memory, an address of a storage area in a storage block having at least one storage area of storage areas of the memory, and an address of a storage area in one of a plurality of redundancy blocks each having at least one storage area, made to be redundant to the storage block are selected as the writing positions. When selecting a reading position in reading of the data written in the memory by the writing of the data, an address of the storage area in the storage block, and the addresses selected in the selection of the writing positions of addresses of the plurality of redundancy blocks are selected as the reading positions.
