PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly change a sense of stimulation by changing the opening area of a jet nozzle. SOLUTION: A rotator 52A mounted within a drum 36A is attached by pressure to a top wall member 51A when the rotator 52A is relatively rotatable around a pivot 32A to the top wall member 51A of the drum 36A in a prescribed angular range and when the rotator 52A receives the pressure of a jetting liquid. A first opening 61A is formed in the top wall member 51A, and a plurality of second openings 62A and 63A with different opening areas are formed in the rotator 52A. The second opening 62A or 63A to be matched to the first opening 61A is changed (the opening area of the jet nozzle 12A is changed) by rotating the top wall member 51A relatively to the rotator 52A. The stopped state of the rotator 52A is secured with the attraction force, for example, between a permanent magnet 70A disposed in the rotator 52A and a magnetic member 80 disposed in the pivot 32A even if the rotator 52A is in the relatively rotatable state.
