PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system which can reliably make a wireless connection setting with high confidentiality.

SOLUTION: In a connection request terminal 10, an identifier generation unit 12 generates an identifier by a predetermined algorithm based on first information inputted to an information input unit 11. In a connection requested terminal 20, an identifier generation unit 22 generates the identifier by the predetermined algorithm based on the first information inputted to an information input unit 21, an output power determination unit 24 determines a transmission power to radiate a radiowave having an intensity corresponding to the number of digits of the inputted first information, and an identifier transmission unit 25 radiates the radiowave including the generated identifier with the determined transmission power. When a radiowave reception unit 16 receives the radiowave after the first information is inputted to the information input unit 11, a connection partner determination unit 17 of the connection request terminal 10 compares the identifier included in the radiowave with the identifier generated by the identifier generation unit 12 and determines that the connection requested terminal 20 that radiates the radiowave is a partner terminal to be connected if those identifiers are identical.
