PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-supplying system efficiently improving the concentration of oxygen dissolved in water supplied to a water storage tank, and capable of maintaining a high dissolved oxygen concentration for a long time. SOLUTION: The water-supplying system of feeding water pumped up from a water area to the water storage tank for performing the culturing of fishes and shellfishes includes: a transportation pump for pumping up the water in the water area and pneumatically transporting the water; a water introduction passage for inducing the water pumped up by the transportation pump to the transportation pump; and a water-feeding passage for inducing the water pumped by the force feeding pump to the water storage tank, and further includes a return passage having one end connected with the water-feeding passage and the other end connected with the water introduction passage, and partially returning water flowing in the water-feeding passage to the water introduction passage, and also includes an oxygen-dissolving portion for dissolving oxygen in the water flowing in the return passage.
