PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device detecting a temperature distribution at a high speed and sensitively, and properly controlling supply of microwave. SOLUTION: A heating control means controls a microwave supply means on the basis of detection of a temperature distribution detecting means, the temperature distribution detecting means has a group of two-dimensional infrared ray detecting elements having a plurality of groups of linear infrared ray detecting elements constituted by linearly arranging a plurality of infrared ray detecting elements detecting infrared ray, and arranging the plurality of groups of linear infrared ray detecting elements in a state of separating from each other so that visual fields are determined at prescribed equal intervals, a temperature converting section for converting a detection signal from each infrared ray detecting element into temperature information, a driving means for moving the group of two-dimensional infrared ray detecting elements in the direction orthogonal to the linear direction of the group of linear infrared ray detecting elements, and a drive control means for controlling the driving means, and the drive control means moves and reciprocates the plurality of group of linear infrared ray detecting elements by the driving means by angles of the interval of visual fields of the plurality of groups of linear infrared ray detecting elements.
