PURPOSE: A bone marrow cell with enhanced mobility and engraftment and a method for producing the same are provided to treat liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bone marrow cells with enhanced mobility and engraftment comprises: a step of isolating bone marrow cells from a donor; and a step of culturing bone marrow cells under hypoxic condition. The donor is mammal. The bone marrow cell is unimmortalized cells. A cell therapeutic composition for treating liver diseases contains pharmaceutically effective amount of bone marrow cells and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
