Disclosed is are 1-phenyl-4-oxo-2H-benzo-[e][1,3]oxazine derivatives of formula (I), wherein the substituents are defined in the specification and pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound and the use of said compound in the manufacture of a medicament to treat thrombosis.
