Provided is a crystal of an Mab C225 (cetuximab) which results in biologically active antibody protein through dissolution or suspension in aqueous medium, obtained by a preparation process, characterised in that a precipitation reagent selected from the group consisting of ammonium sulfate, sodium acetate, sodium citrate, potassium phosphate, PEG, ethanol or mixtures thereof, is added to the antibody protein dissolved or suspended in aqueous medium, in the presence of a suitable buffer, the antibody protein is precipitated , and the precipitation product is separated off. The crystal can be used to treat various tumours.
