PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake caliper mounting structure of a vehicle, capable of facilitating the shortening and distribution of the parking brake cable, preventing the brake caliper from being damaged and enhancing the cooling performance for cooling the disc brake. SOLUTION: As the brake caliper mounting structure of a vehicle, there is employed a construction in which a trailing-arm mounting arm portion 3B is projected forwardly of the vehicle from the axle 2 of a knuckle 3, an arm mount 3C is formed at the leading end of the trailing-arm mounting arm portion 3B, the one end of a trailing arm 18 is placed at the center in the vehicle widthwise direction of the trailing-arm mounting arm portion 3B and fixed to the arm mount 3C, a caliper mount 3D to which a brake caliper 9 is mounted is formed on the base of the trailing-arm mounting arm portion 3C of the knuckle 3, and the brake caliper 9 is put on the caliper mount 3D from the outside in the widthwise direction of the vehicle and is mounted thereto.
